Unfortunately, in this case you may not order the desired product. However, our website will inform you once the product becomes available in the online shop.
Please note that production takes about 5-6 weeks.
Which payment methods can be used?
You may pay for your order with a credit card, via PayPal or instant bank transfer.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after the order was placed. If you want to return the product, of course, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
An error occurred while placing my order, what can I do?

How do I get an order confirmation?
We will send an order confirmation to your email address. Please note that the email might be in your spam folder.
How do I get an invoice?
The invoice will be sent to your email address. Again, please check your spam folder for the invoice email as well.
In which countries do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We are able to deliver worldwide. If the delivery address is within the EU, delivery is free of charge. Please note that when shipping to countries such as the USA, Switzerland and Lichtenstein, additional customs charges may incur which then would be added to your total purchase amount.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany takes 2-4 business days. Outside of Germany it will take longer due to logistics.

If your shoes are damaged or show wear and tear, please let us know in an email to support@Hennis-shoes.com. The customer will pay for the repair and shipping costs.
